I am Nyota, professional Korean language teacher.

I have been teaching Korean since 2017 online.

What “또랑또랑”(ttorangttorang) means

It refers to “in the state of one’s eyes, voice, or spirit being very bright and clear.”

and “ttorang ttorang Korean” means “Speaking Korean clearly”
