Hello! I’m Nyota, a professional Korean tutor who loves animals and traveling. 🐱✈️
I live with 6 adorable cats and have traveled to over 9 countries, including Japan, Canada, and Tanzania. Having studied English and Swahili abroad, I truly understand how challenging — and yet incredibly exciting — learning a new language can be.
Since I started my teaching Korean in Chiang Mai, Thailand, I have focused on providing well-structured lessons while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere, much like a natural conversation between friends.

You don’t need to purchase any textbooks; I provide exclusive learning materials I’ve personally developed using PowerPoint. During our sessions, I use a tablet to write on a shared screen, creating an immersive, interactive classroom experience.

Korean Language Teacher Certificate – the ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism – 2016. It is a certificate that the minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism authorized me to teach Korean.
FAQ
No, I will send you the organized materials with homework after finishing each lesson. You can review what you studied during the lesson.
I am very open to 100% refund of the lesson fee that has canceled. Please contact me, then my team will reply within 1~2days. However, for no-show students who do not show up with no message nor change appointment date or time on the booking menu before the lesson, I will refund after deducting the PayPal fee.
If you have a Korean bank account, you can transfer the lesson fee directly to the Nyota’s Korean bank account. For the privacy, I won’t post the bank account information on the website. Please contact me.
